Last Night's Drive: Josh Smith

Final Line: 18 Points + 9 Rebounds + 3 Assists = 30 PRA

Among the Hawks that I had available, Horford was clearly the best pick (Howard had another great game) with 37 PRA. (This game can be very unpredictable, Horford did absolutely nothing in game 1) Josh Smith has been a surprise in fantasy basketball this season but in real life he is lazy and very irregular. He may have solid numbers in the end but he fails 2 much (5 "all stupid" turnovers).

Today I'm Driving With: Manu Ginobli

I have already picked Pierce and Rondo (bad move) and now I need to stay away from that series. The logic move here is to pick a Spur. I'm going with Ginobli (in my opinion he plays better at home) because tonight he will atack the lane for sure and when a player like Manu is hot...no one can really stop him!!!

Last Night's Drive: Tim Duncan

Final Line: 29 Points + 10 Rebounds + 3 Assists = 42 PRA

1st of all: Thank u Dennis for pointing me in the right direction! And thank u Pop by telling us that u wouldn't change the starting line up, that was clearly an indicator that Duncan was going to be the go-to-guy. Parker (my initial pick) had another solid game and Jefferson dominated the boards. Duncan is my 2nd Daily Point Lider, he had a great 1st half (17 points) but he kinda coolled off in the 2nd. In clutch time Duncan ends his great performance with a 3 pointer (a very rare and strange moment) and gave me 42 PRA.

What a dilemma...Today we all need to pick a Hawk, but after the 1st game...I have Horford (with Howard down there playing great and staying away from foul trouble I think he will have more chances at home), have Jamal (a kind of player that shoots and produces more at home) and J. Smith on the road is always risky...difficult choice!!!

Today I'm Driving With: Tony Parker

Picking my 1st Spur (Duncan, Ginobli, Hill and even Jefferson are pickable) in a series that could go either way. He could be in the starting line up tonight after a bad performance by Hill (Nash had 33 points in game 1). Let's see how it goes. The Spurs need Parker and I just need some decent PRA. Go Parker!

My Daily Pick - Tue 05/04

Last Night's Drive: Paul Pierce

Final Line: 14 Points + 4 Rebounds + 4 Assists = 22 PRA

In theory this pick should have been a good move. I mean, Pierce is a scorer and after the 1st game the Cavs saw what Rondo can do (they made some adjustments), we can't expect 30 PRA from KG every game and Allen is the kind of player that i like to pick at home. Pierce went to foul trouble very early and in the 2nd half he played great D...less offensive! Anyway, I'm not getting anywhere...2 many bad picks and a horrible 67 % percentile :( I'm just learning how to play (for the 1st time) this great game but i could use some luck...

Today I'm Driving With: D. Will a.k.a. "The best PG in the world"

1st - I could use some nice PRA :)

(this is a dangerous pick...will "these" Lakers go all the way??? and for the last 2 years the jazz know that they need to get a W in LA)

2nd - I could pick a Hawk, it makes sense but I'm afraid of a blowout game in Orlando (magic had eight days between games)

3rd - I could pick Boozer or Millsap, but take a look at the video:

"So when I'm driving we have to be ready to take those open shots...cause the lane is clogged..."

I really don't know but seems like a game plan to me...and who is the best shooter besides Korver??? Boozer or Millsap...I dont think so.

Last Night's Drive: Carlos "only 4 PRA" Delfino

Final Line: 3 Points + 0 Rebounds + 1 Assists = 4 PRA

Bad Bad Bad pick. I knew that this could happen. I saw the previous games in Atlanta. Very poor stats for Delfino and a terrible matchup with J. Smith. I probably picked Delfino in one of the worst games in his career (1 FG and 1 Assist). Tks Delfino for sending me to 7.497 in the rank. U really suck :)

I was tempted to pick a Spur (i think they will have trouble sustaining a fast-tempo pace for long) but i'm going to wait and see how they can handle the Suns. I'm going with "The Truth" cause i think that the Cavs will stop Rondo tonight and Pierce could have more wide open shots.

Sorry for missing my last pick. JJ gave 33 PRA on friday. I should have gone with Billups. Yesterday Rondo had a great game. He's becoming one of the best PG in the league. He only needs to improve his jumper. He was amazing in the FT line (12-14). Tks Rajon :)
